From Raleigh:

1. Take I-85 North to Manson Exit #223 
2. Turn Right and go approximately 1 mile to first Stop Sign.
3. Turn Left at Stop Sign onto Rt. 158
4. Travel approximately 5 miles and turn Right at traffic light onto US 158 / US 401
5. In approximately 1 mile stay Left on 158 By-Pass
6. Travel approximately 5 miles to "T" in road and turn Left at traffic light onto 158 East
7. In approximately 4 miles turn Left (first Left after you pass Habitat for Humanity Building) onto very short ( 100 feet) unnamed road.  There is a large Large South Shore Realty Signs showing to turn left as well.
8. At the end of the "short road" you will be looking at an Eaton's Crossing billboard and turn Right at this Stop Sign.
9. Travel approximately 1 mile and turn Left onto Rt. 903, Eaton's Ferry Road, follow South Shore Realty signs.  There is also a "Lake Gaston 6" sign showing where to turn Left.
10. Eaton's Crossing is located just under 6 miles down Rt. 903, Eatons Ferry Road, on Left hand side of the road just prior to Morning Star Marina and before you cross EatonFerry Bridge.  Entrance easily recognized by beautiful landscaping and famous custom Eaton's Crossing "Rock" distinguishing the grand entrance. 

From Richmond:

1. From Richmond, Virginia, United States, take I-95 / Richmond-Petersburg Take South to I-85 South / US-460 West (63.4 miles)
2. At exit 28, take ramp right for US-1 toward Alberta / Lawrenceville (0.2 miles)
3. Turn left onto US-1 (4.8 miles)
4. Turn left onto Grandy Rd (17 miles... becomes Robinson Ferry Rd)
5. Turn left onto Gasburg Rd (0.8 miles)
6. Bear right onto Elam Rd (4.1 miles)
7. Turn right to stay on SR-903 / River Rd (1.1 miles)
8. Turn left, and then immediately turn left onto Whitby Cove (0.6 miles)
9. Turn right onto Eaton Ferry Crossing (0.1 miles)
